FDIC Chief Human Capital Officer Jeff Rosenblum
The former Chief Human Capital Officer at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) in Arlington, Virginia, Jeff Rosenblum has served in multiple executive roles with increasing levels of responsibility over the last 12 years. He initially joined FDIC as an executive manager in the Legal Division in 2018 before assuming the CHCO role in 2021. In this role he led the human resources organization, which included the oversight of approximately 185 employees across six regional offices, in addition to FDIC headquarters in Arlington. Jeff Rosenblum reorganized numerous HR operational and staffing processes, in addition to elevating workplace culture.
A few of Jeff Rosenblum’s past positions include Deputy General Counsel at the United States Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C., and General Counsel of the U.S. Department of Justice, Executive Office for Immigration Review. He also has extensive teaching experience. He has worked as an adjunct law professor at the George Mason Law School since 2005.
Mr. Rosenblum received his law degree from the Loyola University Chicago School of Law. Prior to graduating cum laude, he served as a lead articles editor for the school’s law review.
